Graduate Research Executive – Talent IntelligenceLocation: Redhill (1 day per week WFH)Salary: £27,500 - £30,000 basic + £5,000–£7,000 annual bonusA leading talent intelligence and executive search consultancy is seeking a highly analytical and articulate Research Executive to join its specialist insights team. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong research and writing ability with commercial awareness and an interest in how organisations attract, structure, and retain talent.This is not a recruitment or sales role. You will deliver high-quality research white papers and insight reports to management consultancy firms, which will enable them to make evidence-based hiring and organisational decisions.About the RoleYou will work within a collaborative, data-driven team to deliver strategic projects that influence how global organisations plan and manage their people.
