We offer our employees a range ofbenefits including flexible work options, opportunities for career development,health and wellbeing initiatives, and an active Social Club.The OpportunityWorking acrossour Business Enablement and Community Wellbeing and Partnerships teams, theGraduate Social Impact Analyst is a full-time, entry-level position centredaround supporting the evaluation of Council Plan themesand strategic objectives, as well as theintegration of health and wellbeing data into Manningham Council’s performancereporting systems.Key activities ofThis Role IncludeAssist in measuring the impact of health and wellbeing priorities such as (but not limited to): mental wellbeing, active living, injury prevention, climate change adaptation and access to healthy food.Prepare reports and dashboards that communicate the impact of Council initiatives on community wellbeing and strategic goals.Analyse workflows to create data process maps and isolate areas of potential process automation/improvements.Work closely with staff across Manningham to determine and validate strategic impact evaluation criteriaProvide administrative support across Business Enablement and Community Wellbeing and Partnerships as requiredAs aManningham Council Graduate You Can ExpectExperiences in real roles and projects, doing meaningful work.Learning and development support to build the foundational capabilities and skills for a successful career.Guidance from a network of mentors across our Service Units.Invaluable exposure to Local Government services.About YouYou have completed a tertiary degree in Social Impact, Data Analytics or Data Science within the last 2 years.You are curious and analytical, with an interest in understanding how Council services impact people’s livesYou have a passion for community wellbeing, public policy and data-driven decision-making.You are a clear communicator who can present findings in accessible ways for diverse audiences.You can create dashboards in Power BI and Excel and able to interpret data and translate it into meaningful insights to support strategic planning.Why join us?We are committed to delivering the bestworkplace experience for our people.This means that we live our values (working together, excellence,accountable, respectful, empowered) every day.
