Traditional strategies – built on evidence and access – struggle in fast-moving environments that reward novelty and noise.Unlocking policy problems demands much wider campaigning approaches that attach political risk and reward to decisions – by driving media attention, citizen engagement and online debate.What We OfferRed Flag operates a very popular and successful graduate intern training programme which offers graduates with degrees in public relations or other relevant fields the opportunity to work alongside our experienced team at Red Flag where they will gain hands-on experience developing their skills across strategic consulting, political and regulatory advice, reputation management, crisis communications and campaigning.Red Flag believes strongly in promoting from within, so graduates who excel during their six month training placement may be offered a full-time position when the programme ends.Summary Of Red Flag Brussels Intern Programme ActivitiesThe internship program is structured as follows:Our goal is to give the intern experience across all our service areas.Tasks To Be Performed By The InternThe intern will be placed in a team with senior colleagues and will be trained in creating communication campaigns, including social media campaigns, and writing journalistic articles.They will also learn how to navigate the regulatory process within European institutions and conduct research for clients.Training areas/topics also covered include: mapping; media monitoring; writing content for media engagement and background documents; research for business development and client strategies; and legislative monitoringAnkura is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
