This role is essential in ensuring smooth class operations, learner engagement, and the overall success of our educational initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesClassroom Support: Assist trainers during live sessions by managing logistics, preparing materials, and providing real-time learner support.Learner Engagement: Help participants with questions, clarify learning materials, and ensure a positive and inclusive classroom environment.Administrative Support: Organize and maintain course resources, track attendance, and handle basic communications with learners.Technical Assistance: Support setup and troubleshooting of digital tools, platforms, and AI-related software used in training sessions.Feedback & Reporting: Collect learner feedback, summarize insights, and report to trainers and program managers for continuous improvement.Collaboration: Work closely with trainers, consultants, and program managers to ensure smooth execution of training programs.RequirementsPrevious experience in an educational, tutoring, or training support role (preferred but not mandatory).Strong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to support diverse learners.Comfortable using digital tools and online learning platforms.Interest in AI, technology, or professional training environments (a plus, but not required).Nice-to-HaveBackground in education, technology, or learning & development.Experience supporting online or blended training programs.Familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Workspace, MS Teams).What We OfferOpportunity to contribute to cutting-edge AI training programs.Supportive and collaborative work environment.Professional development and career growth opportunities.Competitive compensation and flexible/remote work options.
