The role offers structured onboarding, clear performance-based progression, and the opportunity to build a long-term career on a trading desk.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport daily trading activity, including trade capture and reconciliationCoordinate with operations and support functions on desk-level and broader initiativesAssist with execution of exchange-traded and OTC transactionsWork alongside traders on research, analysis, and development of trading ideasContribute to internal market commentary and analytical reportingEvaluate potential opportunities across new products and strategiesQualifications & Candidate ProfileBachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in a quantitative or technical disciplineRecent graduate with up to 1 year of relevant professional experienceStrong analytical, numerical and problem-solving abilitiesClear interest in financial markets and tradingProactive, resilient and adaptable with a strong sense of ownershipComfortable working in fast-paced, performance-oriented environmentsExposure to programming or data analysis tools (e.g. Python, R, C++, or similar) is advantageous but not required
