Job description:Graduate Design Engineers (Architecture)Kickstart your engineering career with AESOM — gain international project exposure and grow under a structured professional development program.AESOM is hiring Graduate Design Engineers who are motivated to start a long-term engineering career in architecture, electrical, mechanical, or structural design. This position offers real exposure to U.S. and international design projects, guided mentorship, and a well-defined career pathway under a 2-year professional contract.Key Responsibilities:Assist senior design engineers in architectural, electrical, mechanical, and structural drawings and models.Participate in design coordination, documentation, and quality checks aligned with international engineering standards.Contribute to AutoCAD, Revit, and related design tools for drafting, detailing, and revisions.Collaborate in multidisciplinary design teams and learn project workflows from concept to delivery.Demonstrate consistent growth, commitment, and accountability throughout the 2-year employment contract.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural engineerExperience: Fresh graduates or up to 2 years of professional experience.Strong interest in design engineering, modeling, and technical learning.Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.Willingness to sign and honor a 2-year professional contract upon onboarding.What We Offer:1-Month structured training followed by a 3-month probation period.Mentorship from international design professionals.Access to live U.S. and global engineering projects.Career progression within AESOM’s international teams.A stable, growth-focused 2-year contract ensuring skill development and professional maturity.
