We are inviting applications from qualified candidates to participate in a two (2) year fixed-term training programme. Successful candidates will be required to sign a two (2) year training contract and undergo rotations, mentorship, and on the job development programme across the Group’s hotels and business units.Applications are invited in the following disciplines; minimum qualifications are listed below.No. Discipline (s) Required Minimum Qualifications 1 Food & Beverage, Front Office and Housekeeping Management Degree or Higher National Diploma in Tourism & Hospitality Management or equivalent. 2 Food Preparation Higher National Diploma in Professional Cookery; Class 1 trade tested. 3 Finance Degree in Accounting or ACCA (or equivalent). 4 Maintenance Higher National Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Refrigeration & Air-Conditioning Mechanics. 5 Human Resources Degree in Human Resources Management (or equivalent). 6 Business Information Systems Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or Computer Science. 7 Agro – Business Diploma in Horticulture or a related field.Personal Attributes Ambitious, highly driven, and exceptional graduates with strong learning agility and a service-excellence mindset.
