Our future growth strategy is for organic growth, diversification and international expansion.About the role:An opportunity has arisen for a motivated individual who is currently enrolled in or has recently completed a Degree in Business (Property) looking to begin their career in the government valuation sector!Based in our Auckland office, this role will assist qualified Valuers with a variety of tasks including assistance with quality rating valuation work, providing excellent back-end support, client services, and general office administration.The role offers career development opportunities for candidates with the right attitude and skills and will prepare you to become a Registered Valuer.This is a 12 month fixed term role with permanent employment opportunities for the right candidate.About you:We are seeking a passionate, motivated, and articulate candidate who is seeking fulltime employment (or part time for the appropriate candidate) to establish a career within our business.The successful candidate will demonstrate:Recently completed/ or currently working towards a Bachelor of Business (Property) or equivalent Genuine interest in property valuations High degree of computer proficiency Confident verbal communication A positive and professional manner Current Driver’s license Candidates with all, or some of the skills plus a willingness for further professional development, will be considered for the position.We offer rewarding careers for outstanding individuals, a positive and inclusive culture, and a distinct opportunity for high performers to develop professionally.
