Job Title: GraduatePurpose: Assist the team in daily operations, reporting ensuring smooth workflow and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Assist with daily operations and team support. Perform document filing, maintain corporate records, update registers, and complete client onboarding documents. Review Customer Due Diligence (CDD) documents, conduct background searches, and prepare materials for board packs. Liaise with service providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth processes and timely task completion. Support corporate and operations teams in projects and any other related cognate tasks. Experience Required: Fresh graduates or minimum 1 year experience in the financial sector is a plus. Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field. Soft Skills / Attributes / Competencies: Results-oriented, efficient, organized, flexible, committed, self-motivated. Strong research, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. Confident, service-oriented, adaptable to cultural diversity. Technical Skills/Language: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. )Working knowledge of office equipment and corporate systems. Fluent English
