Achieve sales & service related targets for the assigned clusterFormulate plans for conducting day to day sales activities and drive for business growth to capture market share of the clusterDevelop and manage stakeholders as per the company guidelinesEnsure availability of GP products and services at trade to ensure best in class customer experienceLead, motivate and develop the third-party sales force for executing plansRegular market visits to ensure smooth operation and visibility in respective clusterBuild and demonstrate understanding and movement of the market and industry to create future growth hubFormulate cluster business plan for overall market capability developmentCoordination within the organization, outside organization and project management as and when requiredGranular performance monitoring, call for support and collaborate to deliver incrementalCollaborate in techno-commercial approach to plan BTS deployment and faster monetizationStrong ownership to drive digital capabilities in the value chain to build a touch free future fit operating modelEnsure health, safety, and security in the working environment.

Maintain Telenor COC & compliance in case of daily operationMaintain healthy business relation with Distributor, discuss ROI of partners and investment requirements to run the businessEnsure on-time and error free reporting to line function and internal stakeholders as when requiredTrack and report competition activities to line functionEducation & Experience Requirements: EducationGraduate/Masters, preferably in business from a reputed universityExperience2 to 4 years’ experience of working directly in Sales & Distribution functionOther Skills Requirement:
