The role will focus on identifying opportunities for digital transformation, implementing intelligent automation solutions and leveraging data insights for better decision-making. Additionally, the role entails providing training on collaboration tools & automation and utilize HR analytics for strategic insights. Job Responsibility:

Automation & Process OptimizationIdentify and automate repetitive HR processes using RPA, Power Automate, scripting and low-code/no-code platforms. Design scalable automation workflows that improve speed, accuracy, and compliance. Monitor and optimize automated solutions for performance and reliability. Innovation, R&D & AI enablementResearch and introduce emerging technologies relevant to HR (e. g. , AI, ML, NLP, blockchain). Pilot and implement new tools and platforms to enhance digital employee experience. Collaborate with other stakeholders to develop and deploy AI / ML use cases using no-code/low-code ML platforms. Collaboration Platform EnablementDrive adoption and optimization of Office 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Planner, etc.

) & collaboration platforms across the organizationDevelop digital collaboration frameworks to improve productivity and engagement. Governance & support of different collaboration platformsData Analytics & ReportingBuild dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, and other analytics tools. Analyze HR data to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement. Ensure data governance, accuracy, and compliance in all reporting activities. HRIS OperationsSupport day-to-day operations of the HRIS platform. Ensure system stability, data integrity, and timely resolution of issues. Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance platform capabilities and gain user experience. Education & Experience Requirements:

We’re looking for a digitally curious and adaptable professional ready to grow with us. Education: Bachelor’s degree in technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a STEM discipline from a reputed university. Experience: 2–4 years of experience preferably in automation, analytics, HR tech, or digital transformation. Technical Skills: Familiarity with server-side languages and databases: PHP, JavaScript, Python, MySQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL. Hands-on experience with data analytics and visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau. Exposure to automation platforms and RPA tools (e. g. , UiPath, Power Automate).

Familiarity with no-code/low-code machine learning platforms and a foundational understanding of AI/ML use case development.
