This is all made possible by our team of 9,000+ full-time staff, drawn from diverse backgrounds and professions.To learn more, please see our Why Work Here blog post.About The RoleAs the Grants Compliance Officer, you will ensure seamless compliance with donor requirements and internal policies while maintaining audit readiness across our diverse grant portfolio. You will work in collaboration with the Accounting team in translating donor requirements into actionable compliance processes, ensuring the integrity of financial reports, and preparing all supporting documentation for complex grants across the organization.You will report to the Grants Finance Senior Associate and work with the broader Grants Finance and Accounting teams.ResponsibilitiesLead the preparation, and validation of supporting documentation for complex grants, ensuring accuracy and completeness across diverse funding requirementsMaintain a comprehensive and up-to-date database of all grant information, ensuring documentation is organized, and audit-ready for internal and external reviewLead Grants Finance participation in grant audit processes, ensuring seamless information delivery, and timely complianceSupport on ad hoc department projects as assigned to the Grants Finance teamCareer Growth and DevelopmentWe have a strong culture of constant learning and we invest in developing our people.
