The marketing team produces a large volume of professional collateral and digital content to keep members informed and engaged.Role SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Graphic and Layout Design VA to support ongoing marketing and communication needs. This role focuses on producing high quality visual materials, from multi-page InDesign documents to quick turn Canva graphics, ensuring that all assets remain clear, consistent, and on brand.Part-time (20 hours per week), remote, with overlap during U.S. CST business hours.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Layout ExecutionCreate and format brochures, case studies, and reports in Adobe InDesign with a clean, professional layout styleApply brand colors, typography, and design hierarchy to maintain consistency across all materialsLight image cleanup and preparation in Photoshop as neededMarketing Collateral ProductionDesign flyers, event materials, one-page handouts, and other print or digital collateralPrepare high-quality PDFs and export files for review and distributionTurn around urgent internal design requests quickly and accuratelyDigital & Social GraphicsProduce branded Canva templates for recurring post types (press releases, event promos, leadership updates, etc.)Adapt copy and visuals for LinkedIn or internal communications as neededMaintain design consistency across all digital platformsCollaboration & CommunicationReceive tasks through project management tools (Monday) and provide regular progress updatesRespond clearly to revision requests and maintain organized versioning of all filesCommunicate proactively to clarify requirements or flag missing informationConfidentialityHandle all internal materials and communications with strict confidentiality. The selected candidate will sign a nondisclosure agreement prior to accessing project assets.Qualifications3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably with corporate or publication-style workAdvanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign and CanvaWorking knowledge of Photoshop for light image cleanupStrong sense of layout, typography, and readabilityExcellent English communication and attention to detailComfort collaborating in project management tools (Monday or similar)
