Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Graphic Design and Social Media Coordinator based in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago. The role involves organizing and executing marketing campaigns, managing social media accounts, coordinating events, and developing creative content. The coordinator will also be responsible for project management, ensuring timely delivery of marketing initiatives, and fostering effective communication within the team.Key Responsibilities• Design branded materials (social graphics, signage, presentations etc)• Create engaging photo and video content for marketing campaigns and social platforms• Manage day-to-day posting and scheduling across platforms (IG, FB, TikTok, Linkedin, etc.)• Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute campaigns• Monitor and report on social media performance (reach, engagement, growth)• Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, tone, and aesthetics• Assist in shaping the visual direction of the brand and marketing collateral• Maintain media libraries and archives of branded assetsQualifications• 4+ years experience in a similar creative or marketing role• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or similar) or Canva• Experience with photography and video editing tools (e.g., Lightroom, CapCut, Final Cut)• Strong knowledge of social media trends and platform best practices• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines• A creative thinker with strong attention to detail• Portfolio or samples of work required.
