The work is complex, dynamic and highly collaborative, and every team member is encouraged to have a voice, take ownership and grow within their role.Reporting directly to the Creative and Design Directors, you’ll work across a wide range of global projects.This role calls for someone adaptable and detail-oriented, with a passion for beautiful design and strong conceptual thinking. You’ll bring a holistic understanding of brand, dynamic ideas and a collaborative spirit, always ready to get involved as an active team member.You’ll have experience working with clients across culture, placemaking and education, with an appreciation for the relationship between user experience, brand and digital presence. You’ll take pride in creating clear, compelling and comprehensive brand identities that help clients articulate their purpose and vision.You’ll likely have at least five years’ experience in a leading brand consultancy and a solid foundation in design. You’re confident using the Adobe Creative Suite, and while motion or digital skills in After Effects or Figma are a plus, what really matters is your ability to think creatively and strategically.
