Transguard Group is the UAE’s most trusted business support and outsourcing provider and has a large, dynamic, and culturally diverse workforce with 50,000 employees!We are currently recruiting for a Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team in our Headquarters, located in DAFZA, Dubai Airport Free Zone.ScopeGraphic Designer-Marketing and Communicationsis responsible for maintaining the visual identity of Transguard Group and its subsidiaries across a wide spectrum of media, including presentations, social media, websites, uniforms, videos, exhibitions, vehicles, and more. Working with the Manager-Marketing and Director – Marketing & CSR, you will translate creative briefs into visually appealing and effective designs that resonate with the target audience and achieve the desired communication goals.FinancialComplete assigned projects within the agreed timeframe.CustomerCollaborate with the Marketing team and other business units to ensure that deliverables meet the creative brief and align with the Transguard brand.ProcessProvide visual content (including graphic design, photography, videography, illustrations, and animations, among others) that support Transguard’ s communication goals.Lead photo/video shoots and edit the resulting deliverables to the highest possible standard.Manage other design needs such as business tenders, annual reports, presentations, signage, and collateral as needed.Utilize the Adobe Creative Suite for all design requirements.InnovationOngoing development of Transguard’s brand communication strategy and the project management of the visual elements of its implementation.Help bring new ideas for design and content creation to the team using your expertise and eye for great design.Selection CriteriaDiploma or Degree in Graphic design, visual communication, or related field.5+ years’ experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Strong time and project management skills.Ability to communicate reasoning behind design choices.
