Oh and we move FAST but we have a lot of fun whilst doing it.What You’ll DoWork with Brand and Design Manager to deliver end-to-end design solutions for MILKRUN across a variety of activities, from EDMs, digital banners, social content, print media, website maintenance, product imagery, and visual brand communications.Design animations including video creation for promotions (After Effects)Deliver on design briefs including specifications, requirements and deadline targetsConceptualise new creative ideas based on marketing requirements and deliverables within brand guidelines and frameworkDesign offline collateral including but not limited to flyers, pamphlets, POSDesign OOH media collateral including bus signs, billboards, van wraps etc.Design digital media collateral including but not limited to website banners, display assets, social, and eDMWork closely on CRM strategy to optimise automated content designWork closely with Performance Marketing channels to strategise new creative concepts to drive conversionCollaborate with suppliers and partners to produce co-branded contentHandling product photo shootsProofreading to produce accurate and high-quality workWhat You’ll BringExperience as a Graphic designer within retail / agency / customer centric brand environmentAbility to work systematically within brand guidelinesStrong Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects skillsPhotography skills will be an advantageWeb Design experience will be an advantageHigh level of tenacityStrong interpersonal skillsGood team player, but able to operate under minimum supervisionAbility to work well under pressure and meet deadlinesAbility to prioritise workload and multi-taskWhat You’ll ExperienceWe are a small team with big ambitions.
