Graphic Designer- Banking Events

Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Graphic Designer- Banking Events who combines strong creative skills with technical proficiency and exceptional project management capabilities. You will collaborate with business and marketing partners to develop high-quality print and digital collateral that reflects brand excellence and enhances client engagement.Responsibilities:Design and develop branded print and digital materials, including signage, brochures, invitations, presentations, registration websites, and email communications.Collaborate with marketing and business partners to interpret creative briefs and deliver visually compelling design solutions that align with brand guidelines.Provide creative support for the client's hosted events, programs, and industry conferences.Liaise with external vendors, such as printers and production teams, to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of materials.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining accuracy and quality under tight deadlines.Serve as a brand ambassador by applying and promoting the client's visual identity standards across all deliverables.Contribute to the Creative Services team by sharing design knowledge, best practices, and new creative ideas.Desired Skill Set:Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office.Experience supporting marketing events, conferences, and corporate programs with creative design assets.Familiarity with event planning platforms.Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience collaborating with executives and senior leaders.Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.Nice-to-Have:Working knowledge of HTML (a strong asset).Prior corporate experience in banking, insurance, or financial services.BeachHead is an equal opportunity agency and employer.
