This is a remote position. Philippine-based Filipino applicants. An amazing opportunity exists to work with a dynamic Australian IT Services and IT Consulting Company as an experienced, vibrant, and high-energy Graphic Designer. Reporting to the Director and working under the direction of the team, you will be a self-motivated, highly organised, and experienced professional with experience working in a virtual environment. You will combine creativity with strategic thinking, showcasing your graphic design skills and a strong passion for producing outstanding marketing collateral. Attention to detail is essential, as you will ensure that all company documents, presentations, websites, and marketing materials consistently reflect the brand's identity and aesthetic. You will be responsible for managing key activities such as the following: Maintain and apply brand guidelines across all internal and external materials Create and update templates (Word, PowerPoint, PDFs, proposals) Support content updates for the website and social media in line with brand standards Assist with campaign coordination and marketing administration Ensure that all our company documents, presentations, website, and marketing materials consistently reflect our brand’s look and feel. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience Must be a sharp and exceptional Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and high-quality design work. Experience in various software, including: Canva, Premiere, Adobe Illustrator Proactive, results-driven, efficient, process-oriented, and an organiser of all things Experience with dealing in a fast-paced environment Strong task and time management skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Work Environment & Expectations While this is a work-from-home position, it is important to note that this is a full-time role—not a freelance or flexible-hour arrangement. You will be expected to work a fixed shift and maintain a high level of professionalism and accountability, just as you would in an office environment. ✅ This role requires: • Discipline and commitment to set working hours (strict shift times, not flexible) • Use of time tracking software during work hours • Active participation in team and client calls with your camera ON • Consistent availability and responsiveness throughout your shift • Treating this as a long-term, full-time job—not a side gig or freelance task ⏱ Payroll is processed bi-monthly. Benefits Monthly Salary: Php35,000 Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays Probation: 6 months and after Probation 10 days annual leave credits 5 days of sick leave HMO Offered after 6-month probation 13th Month Pay after 30 days Annual Salary Review Laptop provided after 30 days Permanent work-from-home role. You will have to use your own internet. SHIFT TIMES: 5 AM to 2 PM Philippine time, Monday to Friday
