Purpose of the RoleTo design and deliver visually compelling graphics that align with the company’s brand identity and communication goals. This role creates digital and print assets that support marketing campaigns, product launches, and overall brand storytelling while ensuring consistency across all platforms.Responsibilities1. Creative Design & ExecutionDesign graphics for digital platforms (social media, websites, ads, email campaigns) and print materials (brochures, posters, packaging, presentations).Develop visual concepts that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.Create engaging layouts, illustrations, and design elements to support marketing and communication initiatives.2. Brand Consistency & Visual IdentityMaintain brand consistency across all creative outputs.Contribute to the development and refinement of brand guidelines.Ensure all designs meet high-quality standards in aesthetics and usability.3. Collaboration & Cross-Functional SupportWork with marketing, product, and design teams to understand requirements and deliver creative solutions.Collaborate with copywriters and UI/UX designers to align visuals with messaging and user experience.Coordinate with external vendors (printers, agencies, freelancers) when necessary.4. Innovation & Continuous ImprovementStay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques.Introduce fresh, innovative design ideas that enhance the company’s visual presence.Seek feedback and iterate on designs to achieve the best creative outcomes.5. File Management & DeliveryPrepare final artwork files for digital publishing and print production.Manage and organise creative assets for easy accessibility and reusability.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).3+ years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing digital and print design projects.Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign ) and Figma or similar tools.Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.Knowledge of branding, marketing design, and visual storytelling principles.Attention to detail with the ability to balance creativity and functionality.Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Basic knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design is a plus.
