For more than 7 years, we have been organizing sports tournaments, broadcasts, and developing our own sports community. We hold 45+ thousand events per month in esports and classic sports. BETER products are known all over the world - our content is represented in 150+ countries.Our current partners are the world’s most famous trading giants.We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to strengthen BETER’s marketing team and support growing design needs across events, campaigns, and brand initiatives. You’ll work closely with our senior designer and marketing team to deliver high-quality visual assets that keep our brand consistent and impactful across all channels.This role is ideal for a structured, detail-oriented designer who enjoys variety, from event visuals and social media graphics to merchandise branding and internal communications, and who’s ready to grow within a fast-paced, international iGaming company.ResponsibilitiesSupport the creation and adaptation of marketing materials.Localize and resize existing designs across print, digital, and motion formats.Prepare visuals for HR, PR, social media, newsletters, and employer brand activities.Maintain brand consistency and follow visual identity guidelines across all deliverables.Assist in developing internal materials (presentations, templates, documentation, etc).Collaborate with the senior designer on layout work, content updates, and visual system maintenance.Requirements2–3 years of experience as a designer (agency or in-house).Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; confident use of Figma and Google Slides.Solid understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and layout principles.Attention to detail and ability to maintain brand coherence across multiple channels.Portfolio showcasing solid design and layout work.English level Intermediate and higher.Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field preferred.We OfferHybrid work format;Competitive and timely payment for services;Flexible work schedule;Personal mentoring and coaching;Team building and corporate events;100% paid sick leave;20 working days of paid vacation;Paid child care leave.
