Supercharge your career with us and be part of something extraordinary.Why we need youWe’re on a mission to create extraordinary experiences for our stakeholders, and we believe that your unique skills, passion and superdrive will help us achieve our vision.What You’ll Be DoingAs part of your role, your responsibilities will include:Conceptualising, storyboarding and executing visually engaging content that effectively communicates our brand message and values to support internal communicationsSupporting internal messaging by translating complex corporate messages into clear, creative visual formats that resonate with employees across the businessCollaborating with internal stakeholders to understand messaging goals and deliver appropriate visual solutionsMaintaining brand consistency by ensuring graphic design align with corporate brand guidelines, with consistency in style, tone, and messaging across internal platformsAdapting content for internal communication channels including intranet, email, digital signage, presentations, social media and virtual town hallsExcellent organisational skills and managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards under tight timelinesIntegrating stakeholder feedback to ensure final outputs meet communication goals and drive employee engagementStaying current with motion and graphic design trends and technologies to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of internal visual communicationsVideography and/or photography experience would be advantageous, especially for capturing internal events and supporting multimedia storytelling across internal platformsThis job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of responsibilities.
