This role is ideal for a design professional who thrives on bringing ideas to life through a variety of media, including static and motion graphics, interactive content illustrations, and brand identity systems. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping and evolving our brand identity across digital and traditional channels while also fulfilling design needs of our growing client base.Location: Must be in the Philippines - RemoteTimezone: Monday to Friday – 9am - 5pm CTEssential Functions Perform the following visual design and brand expression-related duties: Design compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print mediums Produce brand artifacts including brand guidelines, pitch decks, presentations, sales collateral, case studies, infographics and social media assets Develop and refine logos, stationary, business cards and brand marks for clients across variety of industries Perform the following brand development-related duties: Lead the creation and documentation of comprehensive brand identity systems and guidelines for clients Maintain and evolve visual standards across all media to keep the brand fresh, unified, and distinctive Contribute to brand strategy conversations and help shape the future look and feel of the brand Perform the following collaboration and leadership-related duties: Collaborate with video editor and social media manager to support graphic design needs across client portfolio Support sales and growth initiatives alongside CEO Present design concepts with clarity and confidence to stakeholders and leadershipQualifications Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field preferred but not required 3+ years of professional design experience, including cross-channel brand work Must be able to provide work samples and a portfolio Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for interactive design (enough to build and troubleshoot layout/compatibility) Strong portfolio that includes branding and infographics Understanding of accessibility (includes skills like color contrast and layers elements that support the visually impaired) and responsive design (designing for mobile, desktop) best practices, both of which are important to both US laws and user experience Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Familiarity with AI best practices, tools, and outcomes Deep understanding of color, typography, layout, hierarchy, and visual storytelling Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines without sacrificing qualit
