[PHUC SINH CONSUMER - K COFFEE]GRAPHIC DESIGNER – F&B/ FMCGWorking Hours:Monday to Friday:Morning: 8:00 – 12:00Afternoon: 13:00 – 17:00Saturday: 8:00 – 13:00MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESDesign marketing communication materials such as PR posts, Facebook banners, vouchers, leaflets, catalogues, posters, profiles, folders, etc., for both online (Website, Facebook, YouTube, E-commerce platforms) and offline channels.Shoot, edit, and retouch photos and videos for product introductions and events.Participate in designing website interfaces, registration forms, and other online/offline communication assets.Conduct market research and propose solutions to monitor and improve POSM performance in the F&B/Retail industry.Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Sales departments, as well as other related teams, to deliver communication materials that align with brand direction and campaign objectives.Ensure timely execution of tasks, handle urgent requests effectively, and meet tight campaign deadlines.REQUIREMENTSEducation:College degree or higher in Graphic Design, Applied Fine Arts, Multimedia Communications, or related fields.Experience:Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.Technical Skills:Proficient in design software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.Basic knowledge of video editing software: Adobe Premiere, After Effects (advantageous).Solid experience in product photography, photo/video editing, and creative visual production.Skilled in using cameras and studio equipment for shooting and filming.Soft Skills & Attributes:Creative, trend-sensitive, and able to generate fresh design ideas.Responsible, proactive, and eager to learn.Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with a high level of accuracy.BENEFITSCompetitive salary based on experience and skills (probation salary at 85%).Full social insurance in compliance with local labor laws.Free lunch and fruit; monthly birthday celebrations.Workplace: 246–248 Vo Van Kiet, Cau Ong Lanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.Working hours: Monday to Friday & Saturday morning.
