Graphic Designer

Currently, we are looking for a Graphic Designer who will take care of producing and polishing visual materials and keeping everything aligned with the brand.WE EXPECT GRAPHIC DESIGNER TO:Develop visual concepts and design materials for company social media and internal communication channels;Work with company brand-book and prepare high-quality visuals for various campaigns, maintaining brand identity;Collaborate with Marketing and other teams to better understand project goals and deliver effective design solutions;Meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously;Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns;Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned.Actively collaborate with the marketing team on a variety of tasks beyond graphic design to support broader marketing initiatives.YOU ARE WELCOME TO APPLY IF YOU HAVE:Previous experience as a Graphic Designer, Marketing Specialist or a similar role;Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and other design tools like Canva;Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color;Fluent English language skills (C1 level), ensuring grammar, syntax and vocabulary in both written and spoken communication;Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze and prioritize multiple tasks;Portfolio demonstrating proven experience in designing for various marketing campaigns or branding projects.WOULD BE CONSIDERED AS ADVANTAGE:Previous experience in an aviation field.AND WE WILL BE HAPPY TO PROVIDE YOU:A vibrant and dynamic work environment, surrounded by talented professionals and opportunities to grow;A range of benefits, including private health insurance, commuting, and a daily lunch allowance;An extra day off to celebrate your birthday and additional vacation days based on your work tenure;Exclusive discounts on travel with our airline and partner companies;A full-time position in a modern office in the business district of Vilnius, Lithuania, with a salary from 2500 EUR gross depending on your experience.
