The Marketing team collaborates across a broad range of departments - Product Strategy, Manufacturing, Engineering, Commercial and Finance - helping shape the client experience and the overall public perception of VALD. The Marketing team guides the client experience to ensure it is on-brand, unified and positive.We have plenty of growing left to do, and we are looking for a Graphic Designer to join the team.About This RoleThis role is responsible for creating high-quality visual assets that maintain and strengthen VALD's brand identity across all channels. It involves designing for a variety of digital and print applications - with focus on web design, social media content and long-format documents - while contributing ideas to evolve VALD's visual style.In this role, you willDevelop graphic design projects from concept to completion.Execute graphic design projectsâ¯from concept through to finished assets, with guidance from senior designers when needed. Work closely with marketing, product and sales teamsâ¯to turn messaging and ideas into engaging visual content. Design for web and digital channelsâ¯(landing pages, web banners, social posts, email campaigns) as well asâ¯long-format documentsâ¯such as white papers, presentations and reports. Create and refine visual assets for print, digital advertising and internal communications. Edit, update and adapt existing design files while maintaining brand consistency. Share ideas and contribute to team discussions on design direction and creative solutions. Stay aware of current design trends, tools and best practices to support efficient, high-quality outputs. Present design concepts clearly and respond constructively to feedback. Is this you?Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field. Minimum of 2 years of professional graphic design experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign,) and other design software. Figma or Adobe XD experience. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects. Web design experience and understanding of web best practices (basic HTML/CSS knowledge desirable). Excellent ability to interpret, challenge and work from creative briefs. Confident presenting concepts clearly and justifying design decisions. Skilled at gathering, interpreting and implementing feedback from multiple stakeholders. Capable of managing several projects at once and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong eye for detail, formatting and aesthetics. Motion graphics, 3D design, and advertising/agency background highly regarded. Non-technical skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English. (Please submit your resume in English) Exceptional storytelling and visual communication skills.
