Graphic Designer

We are looking for a talented, creative, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer/ Reporting Specialist to join our PMO Team in Jeddah.The Graphic Designer/Reporting Specialist will be responsible for developing different types of Reports/ Presentation Templates in collaboration with the PMO Team. He/ She will create visual representation reports that help to improve the communication with all teams.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the PMO team to develop a report/ presentation template(s).Prepare periodical project reportsCommunicate with the team to collect required inputs – when neededCreate state- of- the- art reports/ presentations that graphically represent project status/ progress.Ensure consistency in using reporting templates.Manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Minimum Requirements:Minimum five (5) years post-graduate professional experience as a Graphic Designer/ Reporting Specialist in an Engineering or Construction organization.Must have strong skills in using Graphic Design tools, at minimum InDesign and Adobe Photoshop suite.Must have previous experience in preparing Construction or Engineering project reports, especially progress reports.Holding an Engineering certificate is a plus.
