Graphic Designer

With growing presence in Australia and Asia through expansion and diversification of business, we are experiencing an exciting phase of growth and expansion of business in the early learning educational space. With over 20 centers in Australia and growing, we are looking for a self-driven and committed creative individual to join our team as we build the MindChamps brand in this market. We’re seeking a proactive designer who thrives on taking clear direction while also contributing their own creative expertise and strategic thinking to elevate our brand communications—from social media posts to print ads.Job Responsibilities:Conceptualize and implement design solutions that meet marketing strategies from concept to completionEnsuring efficient prioritization, scheduling, and delivery of creative tasks in alignment with business timelines and stakeholder expectations.Facilitate product campaigns and marketing via emails, microsites and other means to boost interactions with customersSupport brand communications by creating visually engaging brochures, reports, infographics, and other marketing collateral.Job Requirements:Diploma / Degree in related field, with at least 3 years as graphic designer.Preferred experience in advertising agency, design agency and/or related environment.Proficient in Adobe suite of software, including and not limited to, Photoshop, Illustrator etc.Proficiency in Canva. Artwork will be both digital and print variety.Strong copywriting skills are highly desirable as well as experience with the Australian market.Beneficial to have knowledge of printing procedure, photography and illustration.Have good knowledge of corporate branding, digital media and color theory.
