Join us and help elevate businesses with complete control and comprehensive support, let's shape the future of work together!Profile Requirements: Experience: Minimum 2.5-5 years of professional graphic/product/industrial design experience in a studio, agency, fabrication, or related environment; industry experience in financial recognition/deal toys is strongly preferred. Adobe Expertise: Advanced command of Adobe Illustrator for vector artwork, technical drawing, and presentation builds; proficiency in Photoshop/Acrobat for supporting tasks. 3D Skill Set: Practical 3D design experience for form exploration and client visualization; familiarity with Strata 3D is a plus and training can be provided. Technical Drawing Proficiency: Proven ability to produce precise schematic elevations, callouts, and dimensioned drawings that translate cleanly into production specifications. Speed & Reliability: Comfortable working to tight turnarounds, juggling multiple briefs, and iterating quickly based on stakeholder feedback while maintaining accuracy and version control. Portfolio & Collaboration: Portfolio demonstrating transferable skills to premium physical objects (awards, product forms, packaging, exhibits, or similar), strong attention to detail, responsiveness to feedback, and clear communication with creative leadership and stakeholders.Core responsibilities: Design Niche Recognition Pieces: Create custom financial deal toys and awards for investment banking and corporate transactions, translating briefs into polished, on-brand concepts suited to a highly specialized, premium recognition market. Schematic Drafting: Build clean front-view and side-view schematic drawings (architectural/product-design style) that clearly communicate form, dimensions, and construction details for client review and production. Illustrator-First Workflows: Develop vector-perfect layouts, dielines, and presentation boards in Adobe Illustrator, maintain organized master files, and prepare client-ready PDFs and production-ready assets. Leverage 3D for Visualization: Use 3D skills to visualize forms, render mockups, and iterate on feasibility; collaborate on or adapt to Strata 3D workflows where helpful to accelerate approvals. Client Deliverables: Package concepts into polished PDF presentations that tell a clear story from inspiration to final mockups; follow brand guidelines, include options and alternates, and respond to feedback with fast, accurate revisions. Iterate With Creative Leadership: Work closely with the Head of Art and Design Manager on feedback cycles, quality control, and aesthetic direction; incorporate training and reference PDFs to align with house style and client expectations.Benefits: Competitive salary Opportunity to shape the HR function of a rapidly growing BPO.
