We need a sharp, clean designer who can make our brand look world-class across every platform.This role is about clarity, consistency, and conversion — not fluff. You’ll design assets that support our daily content engine and make everything we put out look intentional and premium.You’ll be responsible for LinkedIn graphics, Instagram carousels, YouTube thumbnails, and landing page visuals — helping our brand look and feel unified across all platforms.Responsibilities:Create social media graphics, carousels, and promotional visuals that stand out and perform.Design bold, high-converting YouTube thumbnails that make people click.Maintain a consistent look + feel across all brand touchpoints.Collaborate with the copywriter and editors to bring storytelling to life visually.Work fast, stay organised, and keep delivery clean.Requirements:Real-world design experience — show live examples of published content, not mockups or Bechance portfolios.Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva Pro.Excellent sense of layout, typography, spacing, and color.Fast turnaround, reliable communication, and attention to detail.Understands content-driven design — what performs on social, not just what looks good.Why This Role: You’ll directly shape how a fast-growing personal brand looks and feels across platforms.
