About the RoleWe’re looking for a highly creative and versatile full-time, hybrid Graphic Designer who can bring fresh, trend-driven ideas to our brand. The ideal candidate is someone who delivers quick, high-quality work, stays on top of design and digital trends, and can provide guidance to our current in-house designer to help strengthen their skills and workflow. This role offers a mix of remote and in-office work, providing flexibility while maintaining strong team collaboration.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop creative concepts and designs across digital and print platforms (social media, website, ads, presentations, etc.).Create motion graphics and short-form video content for social and digital campaigns.Work closely with the marketing team to deliver designs that align with brand goals and campaign strategies.Provide mentorship and design guidance to the existing graphic designer, helping to improve creativity, efficiency, and technical skill.Manage multiple design requests with a quick turnaround time while maintaining high visual standards.Stay up to date with current design, social media, and motion trends to keep our brand modern and engaging.RequirementsProven experience as a Graphic Designer or Motion Designer.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or similar tools.Strong sense of design aesthetics, typography, color, and layout.Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and adapt quickly to feedback.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Experience in mentoring or supporting other designers is a plus.Personal QualitiesCreative and forward-thinking.Detail-oriented and dependable.Flexible and solution-driven.Passionate about staying ahead of design trends and pushing creative boundaries.
