Job summaryThis role reports to the Senior Designer – Creative Services, and supports with delivering consistent, high-quality design across packaging, POS, and retail toolkits - ensuring our brands look exceptional in every space they appear.This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and brand-focused. With a passion for brand craft, you will love seeing design brought to life physically and enjoy turning creative ideas into tangible executions.Key Responsibilities Supporting the design and roll-out of all retail assets across EMEA markets, maintaining visual accuracy and attention to detail.Assisting in preparing retail toolkits and adaptable design templates for campaigns.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver multiple cohesive brand experiences.Supporting the visualising and mocking up of physical brand environments.Helping to evolve internal systems, libraries, and templates for design efficiency.Role Requirements You will have 1–2 years of design experience, ideally in a similar business environment.A strong eye for layout, typography, and design consistency with a working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.An interest in packaging design, print production, and retail environments.Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines whilst being eager to learn, contribute ideas, and grow within a fast-paced creative team.What we can offerAn attractive and competitive compensation/benefits package is available for the successful candidate, based on skills and experience, together with the learning, development and career opportunities you would expect in a global organisation.
