we unite people and entertainment across diverse digital channels.Joining our high-performing and inclusive culture, you'll instantly become part of a team supporting our customer-facing initiatives.Job DescriptionCollaborate with creative team members and brand managers to concept, develop and execute visually strong, compelling creative across social, digital and print from concept through to final productionDevelop outstanding graphics including but not limited to website promotions, social media images, video animation using Adobe softwareRetouch photography and create mock-ups to help articulate creative conceptsDevelop presentation materials for projects and internal presentationsPresent creative concepts clearly and confidently in front of internal stakeholdersDeliver high quality design to stand out on the online gaming marketParticipate in team brainstorming and other ideation sessionsAttend weekly design meetings and one-to-one catch upsDevelop an excellent relationship with the creative collaborators and stakeholders or reportersTake ownership of a Design Ticket until fulfilmentAccountable for the organisation and assignment of daily design tasksSolve any design problems independently or in groupApply typographic techniques (hierarchy, leading, tracking, kerning) and design principles (layout, colour combination, unity and harmony)Design any additional graphics that may be requested internallyDevelop strong and new identities for any established brandProduce a brand style guide for existing or new brandsQualificationsProfessional QualificationsEducationBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.(Optional) Certifications in design software or specialized skills (e.g., Adobe Certified Expert, UX/UI certifications).Work Experience5+ years in design roles across in-house teams, agencies, or freelance.Proven experience delivering branding, digital, and/or print projects.Core SkillsDesign Software ProficiencyAdobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Blender).Optional: Figma, Sketch, Canva, CorelDRAW.Design PrinciplesStrong grasp of typography, color theory, layout, visual hierarchy, and composition.Understanding of branding and visual storytelling.Digital & Print DesignDesign for web and mobile interfaces, social media, email campaigns.Print collateral like brochures, packaging, posters, business cards.UX/UI AwarenessKnowledge of user-centered design.Experience collaborating with developers or using wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD).Motion & Multimedia (optional but valuable)Basic animation/video editing (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).Soft SkillsCommunicationAbility to present and justify design decisions clearly.Experience working with clients, marketing teams, or cross-functional departments.Creativity & Problem SolvingAbility to think conceptually and translate ideas into visual content.Strong sense of initiative and originality.Project & Time ManagementAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Portfolio ExpectationsA polished portfolio showcasing:A variety of work (digital, print, branding, UI).Before-and-after redesigns, concept development, and final execution.Context and rationale behind design choices.Bonus SkillsBasic HTML/CSS knowledge.Experience in marketing or product design.Art direction or mentoring experience.Additional InformationPersonal Attributes:Creativity: A strong eye for design with a passion for creative problem-solving.Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure that designs are visually appealing, accurate, and meet all technical specifications.Time Management: Ability to work on multiple projects with competing deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality.Adaptability: Willingness to learn and grow, with the ability to adjust to changes in design trends, software, and client needs.Communication Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with team members, clients, and other departments to understand and execute design requirements.Desirable (But Not Required)Experience with Motion Graphics or Video Editing: Familiarity with After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools for creating animations and video content.Knowledge of UI/UX Design Principles: Understanding of user interface and user experience principles for web and mobile design.Understanding of Brand Identity: Knowledge of how to maintain and develop cohesive brand guidelines and apply them to all design projects.You’re probably wondering outside of a fun, exciting and varied role – what else do you get?
