Job Description

Primary Purpose:The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating design solutions for websites and direct marketing teams. The successful candidate will work closely with our marketing and web development teams to create visually appealing and engaging digital assets and understand and decode the brief, to create original concepts and ideas while selecting the right aesthetic to achieve the client's goals.Experience: Minimum of 3 YearsPlease note: someone with a minimum notice period would be preferred (0-15 Days)Major Responsibilities:Coordinating with clients or account managers to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job.Create visually appealing designs for websites, email campaigns, and marketing collaterals.Develop innovative design concepts and ideas that align with our brand guidelines.Collaborate with the marketing team to create marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.Interpreting the client's business needs and developing a concept to suit their purposeDeveloping design briefs by gathering information and data through researchPresenting finalized ideas and concepts to clients or account managersWorking as part of a team with printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, illustrators, other designers, account executives, web developers, and marketing specialists.Stay up-to-date with design trends and software to ensure the best design solutions.Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyRequirements ;Certification in Graphic Design or related field.Preferably with experience in web and digital design.Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.Strong understanding of branding and design best practices.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
