We’re hiring a graphic designer focussed creative to support graphic design, and social media posting across our client accounts. While this role will focus primarly on graphic design, video editing experience would be a plusThis person will play a key role in bringing client content to life and will be involved in preparing graphics, and supporting our social media management team, ensuring content is posted on schedule.This is a creative role, but you’ll also play a supporting part in community management, scheduling content, and staying on top of social trends. You’ll be editing in Canva and the Adobe suite, so experience in both is required. We are a fast-moving, collaborative team, so we’re looking for someone who’s creative, organised, and efficient. Someone who loves taking raw footage and turning it into engaging content.ResponsibilitiesDesign social graphics, carousels, and simple branding elements in Canva.Support community management by scheduling and posting content across platforms.Work from content plans to bring ideas to life. Adding captions, storytelling flow, and brand consistency.Organise and name footage, maintain our content library, and work with the videographer and account managers for smooth planning and delivery.Stay on top of trending formats, sound selections, and platform best practices.Collaborate closely with account managers to ensure the client is happy and that content goes out on time.Ideal Candidate2–3 years of experience creating social content (agency experience a plus but not required).Confident using Canva to create on-brand, polished graphics.Experience with the Adobe suite.Understanding of social media platforms.Comfortable working with deadlines and managing multiple brands at once.Creative eye for storytelling, hooks, and trends.Detail-oriented, organised, and committed to delivering high-quality work.What We ValueSkill: You know how to edit well and take direction.Will: You care about getting better and producing high-level creative work.Fit: You enjoy small-team collaboration, learning fast, and contributing ideas.Ambition: You want to grow and take ownership of bigger creative projects over time.Personality & CultureApproachable, positive.
