At The Attention Co., we aim to create tangible value beyond vanity metrics.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site Graphic Designer role with a focus on social media, based in Mumbai. The Graphic Designer will create compelling visuals, enhance branding consistency, and design graphics that align with client digital identities. Daily responsibilities include designing layouts for social media platforms, working on branding assets like logos and templates, and ensuring adherence to design principles such as typography and visual hierarchy. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet branding goals will also be a key part of the role.QualificationsProficiency in Graphic Design, Graphics, and Typography along with social media designing for Youtube, Instagram etc.Experience with Logo Design and BrandingStrong understanding of design tools and software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under deadlinesStrong collaboration and communication skillsFamiliarity with social media trends and platform-specific design requirementsBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field is preferred
