The Graphic Designer Staff will be responsible for for creating visually compelling and brand-aligned designs that support our clients’ marketing and branding strategies. You will collaborate with Account Executive, Brand Strategists, and the photo/video team to ensure high-quality visuals across multiple platforms.Job DescriptionPre-Project PreparationReceive and understand the creative brief from Account Executive or Brand Teams..Conduct visual research on the brand, target audience, and design industry benchmarks.Develop initial visual concepts aligned with the client's brand strategy.Project Onboarding & SetupCreate moodboards or mockups to align with internal and client expectations.Refine design concepts according to brand identity and visual guidelines.Align on workflow and timelines with the cross-functional team.Project ExecutionDesign various digital and print materials such as Instagram posts, banners, pitch decks, flyers, and more.Collaborate with the content and video/photo team for cohesive visuals.Ensure consistency in colors, typography, and visual elements.Apply revisions based on feedback from the internal team or clients.Maintain organized and accessible design files.Communication & CollaborationPresent design concepts to clients or internal stakeholders.Engage in discussions and incorporate feedback effectively.Assist other teams with additional visual needs when necessary.Post Project & EvaluationEvaluate final output and client feedback.Document and archive finished works for internal portfolio use.Continuously improve design quality based on trend research and project insights.QualificationsMinimum 1 years of experience in digital advertising or marketing.Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.Experience in managing ad campaigns across multiple platforms.Proficiency in performance tracking and optimization techniques.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Willing to WFO at Fatmawati, South Jakarta with flexi start 7-11 am
