Graphic Designer

We are looking to recruit an experienced Graphic Designer to join our expanding team based in Lincoln.This role is site based working Monday to Friday.You will be developingartwork forboth print and digital media, working closely with the marketing and sales teams, taking projects from concept to completion and ensuring all work is completed to time schedules.The RoleDesign and produce creative assets for print and digital use, including POS materials, brochures, exhibition displays, packaging, product labels, logos, and web content. Support day-to-day design needs such as marketing materials, social media graphics, label printing, product artworking, and preparing files for print. Work within brand guidelines while also contributing fresh ideas and creative solutions. Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to interpret briefs and deliver effective design outcomes. Assist in producing 3D product visualisations (training provided if required). ExperienceExperienced in a graphic design role with a strong and varied portfolio demonstrating creativity across print and digital platforms. Proficient on PC and highly skilled in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and After Effects.
