Job Description

We are looking for a highly autonomous and quick-on-their-feet Graphic Designer to managethe production of essential marketing and product collateral. You will be the sole guardian of ourvisual brand identity, executing designs that are both compliant and compelling, often under tightdeadlines. This is a crucial role for someone who can "stand on their own feet" and take projectsfrom concept to print-ready finalization.Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Stewardship: Serve as the internal authority on our brand guidelines, ensuring 100% compliance across all product and marketing materials.Strategic Design: Apply a keen understanding of marketing principles to all designs, ensuring visuals effectively communicate product value to target audiences and support sales objectives.Product Catalog Design: Lead the design, layout, and production of our comprehensive product catalogs, specification sheets, and price lists (requiring high proficiency in Adobe InDesign).Packaging Design: Design clean, compliant, and eye-catching basic packaging for new and existing lighting products, ensuring all required legal and technical information is clearly presented.High-Speed Output: Manage a high volume of production design requests with exceptional efficiency and speed, ensuring quick turnaround times without compromising accuracy.Work independently with minimal supervision, managing your own project queues and prioritizing tasks based on business needs.Collaborate with Product Development, Sales, and Marketing teams to gather information and specifications required for new designs.Qualifications3+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a product-driven or industrial environment.Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is non-negotiable.A strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in packaging design and multi-page layout (e.g., catalogs, brochures).Demonstrable experience and a clear understanding of branding principles and market-focused design execution.Proven ability to work quickly and meet tight production deadlines in a demanding environment.Exceptional attention to detail, particularly regarding file preparation for print (color spaces, bleed, resolution).Strong verbal and written communication skills.
