Position OverviewThe Graphic Designer Executive must be a creative thinker with strong technical skills ingraphic design and a keen eye for detail. They should have the ability to translate brandvalues into compelling visual concepts that resonate with target audiences. Experiencein food styling, brand storytelling, and visual marketing within the F&B, retail, orhospitality industry is essential.The candidate should also be comfortable working in fast-paced environments,collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring all creative output aligns withthe overall brand direction and marketing objectives.Requirements:• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Creative Arts, or a relatedfield.• Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in graphic design preferably within theF&B, retail, or hospitality industry. Photography, and videography skills are astrong bonus.• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, PremierePro, After EVects, Lightroom) and CapCut.• Knowledge of social media trends, content formats, and visual storytelling.• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintainingattention to detail.• A creative mindset with strong visual sense and passion for branding and design.• Submission of a portfolio (attachment or link), showcasing your design,photography and video work is required.Responsibilities: Graphic Design• Develop creative designs for marketing campaigns, digital advertisements,collaterals and social media visuals.• Ensure all design outputs align with brand guidelines, visual identity, andmarketing objectives.• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative ideasthat promote products, promotions, and events.• Adapt and resize designs for various digital and print platforms (e.g., Instagram,Facebook, website, in-store displays).Photography & Videography• Plan, shoot, and edit professional-quality photos and videos of food, beverages,outlets, events, and people.• Create compelling video content for digital marketing, including producthighlights, behind-the-scenes features, and promotional materials.• Perform post-production editing (color correction, retouching, sound mixing,motion graphics, etc.) to ensure high-quality deliverables.• Maintain and organize visual assets and content libraries for easy retrieval andreuse.Content & Branding Support• Work closely with the Marketing and Operations teams to develop visual contentthat enhances brand storytelling and customer engagement.• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative input forcampaigns and new initiatives.• Support content creation for seasonal promotions, product launches, and socialmedia engagement.
