Job ID: 8549Alternate Locations: Germany-Hessen-Frankfurt; Germany-Hesse-HattersheimGraphic & Marketing Operations Coordinator - Marmot (m/w/d)Location: Frankfurt area (Hattersheim), DEReports to: Brand Marketing & Communications ManagerContract type: PermanentYour Role & Team in a NutshellAs a Graphic & Marketing Operations Coordinator you’ll blend marketing operations, sales support, graphic design, and catalogue/image management across three iconic outdoor brands — Marmot, Coleman and Campingaz.You’ll be part of team of five people and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver creative visual assets and point-of-sale (POS) materials with precision and consistency across multiple brands and markets in EMEA region.We will help you achieve your goals and develop by providing regular feedback and access to online training courses.Your Key ResponsibilitiesB2B Catalogue Maintenance: Responsible for creating and updating catalogues for Marmot, Campingaz, and Coleman in close collaboration with the Marketing team and external graphic agencies.Sales Materials for Marmot: Develop seasonal sales materials (digital and print), including sales decks, product sheets, and price lists, in partnership with the Marketing and Sales teams.Graphic Asset Creation: Brief, conceptualise, and design showroom banners, trade show displays, advertisements, newsletters, and social media content. Independently create visual assets using standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.Image Database Management: Maintain and organise image databases (DASH, IMAGE RELAY, Adobe) for all three brands, with a focus on uploading and tagging assets accurately.Image Updates for Marmot B2B Web Shop: Regularly update and manage image content within the Marmot® B2B online shop.Sales Meetings Support: Assist in the planning and execution of annual and seasonal sales meetings.Photoshoot Coordination: Support the organisation and implementation of photoshoots.POS Materials in SAP: Assist with the annual setup of new article numbers for POS materials related to Campingaz and Coleman.POS Materials Development: Contribute to the conceptualisation and ongoing development of POS materials and displays.MinimumWhat You’ll NeedUniversity degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Communications, or Project ManagementMinimum of 3–5 years’ professional experience in a similar roleFluent in English both written and spoken (C1 level)Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and/or IllustratorGood command of MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, ExcelStrong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality outputsYour AdvantageAbility to think creatively while maintaining a structured working style, even under time pressureComfortable handling large data sets and complex structuresExperience working with agencies and catalogue creation Familiarity with Canva and AI tools (e.g. Copilot, ChatGPT)Conversational German skillsCategory B driving licenceWhat You GainNewell Brands has a strong footprint in the EMEA region, with several thousand employees spread over many corporate offices and manufacturing facilities.
