We’re seeking a talented Graphic & Motion Designer to craft engaging Meta ad creatives and edit short-form videos that showcase Rendify’s expertise, culture, and portfolio.About the RoleThis is a creative, hands-on role for someone who understands the intersection of design, motion, and marketing performance. You’ll be responsible for producing visually compelling graphics, animations, and video content optimized for Meta Ads, Instagram Reels, and other short-form social formats.You’ll collaborate closely with Rendify’s marketing and creative leads to ensure each piece of content aligns with our brand identity and drives measurable engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign engaging static and motion creatives for Meta Ads and short-form platforms.Edit and enhance video clips for promotional and storytelling purposes.Develop ad variations optimized for performance testing (formats, hooks, visuals).Maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs.Collaborate with the Marketing and 3D teams to translate visuals into ad-ready assets.Stay up to date on digital design and short-form trends to continuously elevate creative output.What We’re Looking ForStrong portfolio showcasing Meta Ads, social media visuals, and video editing projects.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro or similar tools).Experience in motion graphics, typography, and visual storytelling for digital marketing.Understanding of ad performance fundamentals (CTR, hooks, retention).(Bonus) Familiarity with AI design tools like Runway ML, Midjourney, or similar.Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently under flexible timelines.Application MaterialsTo strengthen your application, you can include:A portfolio of Meta Ads, social media visuals, and short-form videos.A short description of your design process for ad or video projects.(Optional but valued) Examples of AI-enhanced creative workflows.What We OfferOpportunity to shape Rendify’s digital visual identity across platforms.Work with a global, forward-thinking creative and marketing team.100% remote and flexible working hours.Competitive hourly compensation based on experience.
