Who we are looking for: We are seeking a Graphic & Motion Designer who blends creative artistry with strategic thinking.

If you have an instinct for what makes a brand magnetic and the skills to translate that into visuals that spark emotion, we want to hear from you. As a Graphic & Motion Designer, you will be the visual voice of Influ2. Your work will set the tone for how prospects, customers, and the market experience our brand. What you'll do: Graphic design. Create high-impact static designs (presentations, one-pagers, ad creatives, event materials, social media assets, website graphics, etc. ) that carry a distinct, recognizable visual styleMotion and video.

Design and animate ad creatives, product explainers, and customer stories that communicate clearly, feel polished, and hold attention. Concept to execution. Take ideas from moodboard and storyboard to final production, owning every step of the creative processDesign language stewardship. Evolve our brand guidelines for both static and motion formats, ensuring consistency without stifling innovationCreative trendspotting. Bring fresh formats into our work, keeping Influ2’s visuals ahead of the curveYour experience:

3+ years of experience in graphic design and motion graphicsAdvanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro); familiarity with Midjourney and 3D tools such as Blender or Cinema 4D is a plusExperience creating animated product videos and editing customer footage into emotionally resonant storiesYour skills: Exceptional taste and an instinct for brand aestheticsMastery of motion design principles (timing, pacing, typography in motion, and visual narrative)Ability to distill abstract ideas into visuals that are both beautiful and strategicStrong project leadership:
