Responsibilities: Daily project management activities throughout the project life cycle.
Define and manage the project governance (controls)Plan the overall project and monitor the progressManage the project scheduleManage the project budgetManage the risks and issues of the project and work with the teams to take corrective measurementsControl all project interdependenciesMaximize utilization of project resources across all workstreams, assisting with the selection and appointment of new project team membersManage all stakeholder communicationManage project documentation according to Graphic Packaging International policies and proceduresInteract with the technical teams to understand critical milestones, deliveries, and releasesRequirements and skills:
A bachelor's degree of science in information technology with proven experience in Project Management tools and techniques5+ years of experience as a Project Manager and additional years in other functional rolesStrong and proven practical experience in project management, which was gained through managing large and complex projectsGood knowledge of project and program management methodology and techniquesExperience with managing agile projectsDemonstrated experience with Microsoft ProjectExperience in managing and implementing successful projectsAbility to work positively with a wide range of individuals involved in project managementStrong leadership and management skills, experience in leading, managing and developing peopleExtremely organizedFantastic presentation skillsAbility to manage projects in agile & waterfall environmentsGood knowledge of project budgeting and resource allocation proceduresAbility to find innovative ways to resolve problemsAbility to navigate in a global, large, and complex organizationStrong ability to influence without authorityTeam player – puts own success below the success of the teamGrowth Behaviors We Value:
