The Graphic and Video Designer” is for strengthening IPTEC’s talent systems, leadership pipelines, and process efficiency that power it’s 2025–2030 “Good to Great” roadmap.We need a strategic thinker who is also a hands-on manager, capable of executing sophisticated digital campaigns and delivering measurable results in a competitive, multicultural environment.Role Summary:We need a talented and creative designer to produce visually engaging marketing materials, videos, and digital contents. You will leverage AI and modern design software to bring our campaigns to life.Key Responsibilities:Design stunning visuals, infographics, and motion graphics for multi-channel campaigns.Produce innovative AI-generated and edited video content using modern creative tools.Collaborate closely with content and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.Optimise all designs for social media, web, and print specifications.Experience Requirements3 to 5 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Telecommunication,Design/Printing/Publishing,IT Enabled Service,ISP,E-commerce Startup,Advertising Technology (AdTech) StartupAdditional Requirements3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design or multimedia content creation.A strong portfolio showcasing your graphic and video work.High creativity, keen attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.Proficiency in English both written and spoken is essential.AI Tools & Software Proficiency:Design: Canva Pro, FIGMA, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro).Creative AI: MidJourney, Synthesia, Runway ML, CapCut Pro.Collaboration: Google Drive, Trello, Notion.Job LocationSouth Sudan
