If you’re passionate about design, creativity, and producing visually compelling content that engages global audiences, we’d love to have you on our team!Job ResponsibilitiesDesign eye-catching infographics, social media creatives, and marketing visuals that align with the brand identity.Edit and produce short videos, promotional clips, and motion graphics for social media and marketing campaigns.Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and execute visual strategies.Apply strong design fundamentals — including typography, composition, color theory, and animation.Ensure consistency, accuracy, and brand alignment across all creative materials.Stay updated on the latest design and video editing trends, software tools, and creative techniques.Review and refine all visual outputs to ensure high-quality standards.Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines efficiently.Educational RequirementsBachelor/HonorsBachelor Degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related discipline.Skills Required: Adobe After Effects, motion graphics, Creative Design, Adobe Photoshop, Infograpgic, Adove premiere pro, Video Editing, Color Theory, Typography, Adobe IllustratorExperience Requirements3 to 5 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Design/Printing/Publishing,Software CompanyAdditional RequirementsProfessional certifications in Motion Graphics or Video Editing will be considered an advantage.Minimum 3 years of experience in Graphic Design.Minimum 1 year of experience in Video Editing or Motion GraphicsProven skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).Strong understanding of visual storytelling, animation principles, and layout design.A professional portfolio showcasing infographic and motion design projects (required).Excellent teamwork, communication, and time management skills.Ability to meet tight deadlines with high attention to detail.Creative thinking and a problem-solving mindset.SalaryTk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
