The Graphics/UI Designer will be responsible for designing visually engaging content and user interfaces, creating user experiences that align with business goals, developing mockups and prototypes to ensure seamless implementation. Compensation: ₹7,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on skill and experience)What You’ll DoTranslate creative concepts and ideas into visually compelling graphics, layouts, and digital assets.Design visual elements for presentations, websites, dashboards, and marketing content.Create mockups and visual drafts that communicate brand and message effectively.Support ongoing design projects with the team — from brainstorming to final delivery.Maintain consistency with Cognexa’s design language and visual identity.What We’re Looking ForStrong sense of aesthetics, visual balance, and storytelling through design.Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), or equivalent.Attention to detail and ability to deliver polished visuals within deadlines.Curiosity to learn, experiment, and explore behavioral design and creative communication.A portfolio (academic or personal) demonstrating creativity and a variety of visual work.Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma (Final year students are accepted) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.Nice to HaveInterest in psychology, storytelling, or human behavior in design contexts.Experience in motion graphics or basic video editing (optional).Why Join CognexaOpportunity to work at the intersection of design and behavioral science.Mentorship from multidisciplinary professionals across design, marketing, and psychology.Flexible, remote-friendly culture built on trust, learning, and creativity.
