Executive Education - Assistant Director - (Open Programs Designing) (Corporate Learning & Development)Educational Program / Executive Development SalesFull time L&D Experience in IT, Tech, Higher Education, UniversitiesJob PurposeTo support assigned area for Corporate Learning & Development (CLD) in securing new B2B clients for engagement which result into flawless program delivery and revenue generation through Consultative SellingKey ResponsibilitiesProgram Development: Identify and develop new executive education programs that meet the needs of corporate clients and align with the university's strategic goals. Design and deliver customized executive education programs tailored to specific client requirements.

Collaborate with faculty, industry experts, and corporate clients to develop innovative and relevant program content. Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients. Understand the needs and challenges of corporate executives and develop solutions to address them. Negotiate contracts and pricing for executive education programs. Provide excellent customer service to corporate clients. Faculty Recruitment and Development: Recruit and select qualified faculty members to teach executive education programs. Provide professional development opportunities for faculty to enhance their teaching skills and knowledge of executive education. Marketing and Sales:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote executive education programs to corporate clients. Manage the sales process, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals. Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential corporate clients. Program Delivery: Oversee the logistics and administration of executive education programs. Ensure that programs are delivered effectively and meet the highest quality standards. Monitor participant satisfaction and make necessary adjustments to programs. Financial Management: Develop and manage the budget for the executive education enterprise. Monitor revenue and expenses to ensure profitability. Evaluate the financial performance of executive education programs.
