Role Description This is a full-time on-site leadership role located in Ontario, Canada. The selected individual will be responsible for overseeing teams, developing operational strategies, leading organizational projects, and driving initiatives to achieve company goals. They will lead cross-functional collaboration, ensure optimum utilization of resources, and foster a positive workplace culture. This role requires strong leadership skills, decision-making capabilities, and a focus on strategic development. Qualifications Leadership and Management: Experience in team management, strategic planning, and operational oversight.Communication and Collaboration: Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to build cross-functional partnerships.Organizational and Analytical: Proficiency in project management, decision-making, and analyzing business strategies.Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Strong critical thinking skills and ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.Experience in construction materials, sustainability initiatives, or related industries is an asset.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
