A New York-based investment firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to support one of its growing teams. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a high-performing, collaborative group in a fast-paced environment. Must have experience supporting a team of investment professionals or related experience. Salary: 100-110K base + OT & bonusHours: 8: 30am-5: 30pmSchedule: Hybrid 3 days onsite, 2 remoteResponsibilities:
Provide day-to-day administrative supportManage complex calendars, including scheduling across multiple time zonesCoordinate individual and group travel logisticsPrepare and submit team expenses and compliance documentsOrganize and manage small- to mid-sized events, including multi-day functionsOversee internal project tracking systems and timelinesSupport contract processes, reporting, and document organizationSchedule external meetings and coordinate communication across departmentsPrepare materials and maintain data rooms for meetings and projectsCollaborate closely with other EAs and internal stakeholdersQualifications:
3–5+ years of experience as an administrative assistant, office manager, or project managerBachelor’s degree requiredHighly organized, proactive, and detail-orientedStrong verbal and written communication skillsComfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced settingTech-savvy and proficient in modern collaboration and productivity toolsWarm, professional demeanor and a team-first attitude
